Sporting Kansas City beat Houston Dynamo 1-0 to get their third win a row. Andy Edwards and Charles Gooch discuss if this new style can work on the road (3:25). Ilie came off the bench for the third straight game (13:47). Is Graham Smith what this team has been looking for at center back (25:27)? Unfortunately, all the teams Sporting is chasing also won (32:10).

Andy Edwards and Charles Gooch break down Sporting KC's 1-0 win over Minnesota United (3:30). Despite a predictable attack Erik Hurtado gave SKC their second win in a row (6:01). Also for the second game in a row Ilie entered as a second half sub and spurred the offense (11:59). Graham Smith looked good as Ike Opara returned to KC (17:03). Salloi still hasn't scored, but he looks more confident (27:25).

Sporting KC keep their season alive with a 2-1 win over the San Jose Earthquakes. Andy Edwards and Charles Gooch break down the come from behind win (2:58). SJ started strong, but ran out of gas (6:16). SKC came out of halftime looking like a different team (11:55). Sporting were able to get the win despite San Jose's unique man-marking system (19:33).

The MLS segment is back, and again Andy Edwards and Charles Gooch are talking LAFC to open the show. Producer Sean throws some love to Philadelphia Union's Jim Curtain for Coach of the Year (9:00). San Jose  Earthquakes are fun to watch as well (12:58). Minnesota United are a sneaky good team (14:37). The show finishes with a discussion the stance by MLS against "political messages" from supporters (17:39).

Sporting KC fall 1-0 to Orlando City FC ending their Supporters' Shield hopes. Andy Edwards and Charles Gooch talk about the demise of the season (3:30). Peter Vermes put out a strange lineup, and it didn't work (9:00). SKC were clearly out of ideas and crossed the ball 28 times (18:30). It also didn't work.

Sporting KC falls 3-1 to NYC FC (2:49). Andy Edwards and Charles Gooch met up with some fans at Strange Days Brewery to watch the game. The defense was not good, despite the small field (4:27). There was a take quake (8:43).Benny Feilhaber had his worst game in a Sporting shirt (22:30).

Producer Sean fills in for Charles Gooch and breaks down Sporting KC's 2-0 loss to FC Dallas with Andy Edwards. The game started well with Giddeon Zelalem looking good in the number 6 spot. Busio had a game to forget. He was involved on the calamity of a first goal. Not that is mattered, but Allan Kelly didn't cover himself with glory.

San Jose Earthquakes are all of the sudden one of the hottest teams in MLS (1:15). Don't look now, but Bruce Arena has fixed the New England Revolution (10:18). It wouldn't be an MLS segment without a THE MLS segment. The refs in the NYCFC and New York Red Bulls obliged (19:34).

Andy Edwards and Charles Gooch break down Sporting Kansas City's 3-0 win over Vancouver Whitecaps (2:13). Felipe Gutierrez had his second good game in a row (8:00). Gedion Zelalem also turned in his second straight good performance (20:18). Ilie will miss SKC's next match vs FC Dallas, who fills in for him (27:19). Gerso is good (30:20). SKC are closing in on a summer transfer...at left back (41:31).

Obviously Carlos Vela is running away with the Landon Donovan MVP award, but Nani, Atuesta, and Pozuelo are our runners-up for June. Thank you Atlanta United for providing the off-field drama as manager Frank de Boer is feuding with star acquisition Pity Martinez. Finally we wrap up the 2019 World Cup.

Tate Steinlage was inserted into our starting lineup, and unlike Sporting KC we didn't fade in the second half. The show starts off with a discussion of Zlatan, and quickly moves to how a fatigued SKC couldn't keep building on three solid halves of soccer. Andreu Fontas returned to the lineup in unspectacular fashion. Filipe Gutierrez missed chance after chance, and the Croizet Experience was in full effect.

It's a feel good episode in the MLS segment this week. First, we look back at the career of DaMarcus Beasley who announced his retirement at the end of the season (:38). Chris Wondolowski finally set the MLS scoring record after his four goal performance (11:12). Last and certainly least Colorado picked up their first win of the season against the LA Galaxy (21:29).
